Currently I am the Director of Sales and Business Development while my wife is a Florida real estate agent. Formerly, I was a business owner for 13 years while my wife was an educator. Together we own investment properties and have a wide range of life experience and knowledge in several different areas. We can be hands-on when needed, act in an advisory capacity or be silent depending on the project and needs of the business owner.

I’m not ashamed to say this as I do well for my self compared to a lot of college graduates. I like having conversation with successful people to learn and create ideas from them. This is what helped me in life. I purchased my first home at the age of 18. I was determined to do this as I knew this could put me ahead considering I had no school background. It all paid off from there, I purchased other properties that I currently rent out and others flipped. I also now hold my real estate licence which helps me find deals for my self & save on commission. On top of my real estate investments I do hold a w2 job which pays pretty well. I work remotely for a transportation company out in the west coast.

I joined a biosensor startup, ultimately sold them as a viscosity sensor company, and began working in wireless sensors. My partner and I were the first company to repay Maine Technology Institute's seed loans. I am now VP of R&D of a technology company serving the electric power industry and I havea senior engineering role to a startup company in which I am invested. I am making small seed investments from a self-directed IRA and I am interested in startups that I can help in some way, but I am not adverse to silent investment for the right deal. I have a 5 to 15 year perspective because of this, but quicker turnover is great. Investments to date are Helios Hockey, Insurgical, Knightscope, Liquid Piston, and Bonsi.
