I am a semi-retired entrepreneur looking to divest of stock and bond market risk and invest in and help manage residential real estate opportunities in the State of Florida. I have always had good instincts in sourcing and adding value to underutilized properties, and have done this consistently over a 25 year period. However, I am at a point where I would like to leverage both capital and resources and explore this opportunity on a more full-time basis. I have an MBA in Finance & Marketing and have used both skills working with both large corporations and small businesses. I'm looking to invest $50,000-$100,000 on a per project basis and would anticipate a minimal 30% return over a 2 year period. I live in North Central Florida, but am in Central Florida (Tampa area) on a regular basis.

My highest level of education is a Master's degree in Public Administration. Having led crews on the fireground and managed diverse personnel at the fire station, I've developed leadership skills, training skills, and conflict resolution skills. I've helped develop all sorts of programs for our department and oversaw the logistics and finances associated with those programs. The vast majority of my informal education has been around leadership and developing/mentoring people. Mission First/People Always. Over 6 years of international experience in finance and audit in the bank industry. Looking for great investment opportunities (cash available: $2m) Recently worked as a Vice President of Finance of a publicly traded company in the Healthcare industry based in Florida. I was responsible for all filings with the SEC, along with the coordination, analysis, and preparation of financial plans and operating forecasts. Prior to that, I was Vice President of a Merchant Bank in NYC, where I managed a team of analysts for investment opportunities, sourcing deal flows on potential targets, and was responsible for post-acquisition management and financial reporting. I was involved in three reverse merger transactions. I worked for 4 years at Ernst & Young in both Paris and London, where I became a senior auditor in the Banking Capital Market Department. Prior to that, at Natixis Bleichroeder in Paris, I had an active participation as a market-maker on the Euro Stoxx desk.

Potential individual investor, looking to be mostly a silent partner, for a percentage of the business and dividing/receiving profits, according to the percentage of ownership purchased. Everything would be done in a legal fashion, with proper attorneys, accountants, disclaimers, and protection from liabilities. All business documents and/or agreements, would all be reviewed by the appropriate professionals and attorneys, prior to a final agreement being signed.
