We structure each funding in a manner that takes into consideration the particular aspects and fundamentals of the Project / Business. Interest rates can range from 3.00% to 8.00% depending on a few factors. We can include part of the funding as equity if all parties agree this would enhance the performance of the Project / Business.You will need to have min 10% capital to add to project. Types of projects we look for are development, renovations, expansions and acquisitions. For international projects we start at $5,000,000 USD. USA projects we start at $500,000. After contract it will take 30-90 days to closing. If the Project has a construction loan / business phase that precedes permanent funding, then we would begin with a construction loan funding and then a roll into a permanent loan when construction phase is completed. Permanent loan can be from 5 years to 20 years in length. I hope this helps with your understanding of our process and general terms.
